Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open Me → Plan, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the Premium screen.

iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tiny Jam → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tiny Jam → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. On iPhone, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the order in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

Only the tuner and Find my key use it, to hear the note you play or hum. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere, and everything else in the app works without it. You can turn it off in your phone's settings.

Me → More settings → Share app usage. It's off until you turn it on.

Your kids' names and your jam diary only live on your phone. Clear the names in Me → Kids, and the diary in Me → More settings → Clear jam diary. To remove everything, delete the app. For anything else, email us and we'll delete it. The privacy policy has the details.

Tap Start slow before you begin, or set the speed under ⋯ while you play. Easy level keeps every song to a few simple chords.
